Absolutely fantastic. This was my first time buying a home, and Elliot was patient and understanding when explaining my options. When it came time to negotiate with the seller, he advocated for me and didn't give up. Throughout the entire process, it was clear that Elliot's main goal was for me to have a positive experience and the get right house for me at the lowest possible price. I feel so lucky that Zillow randomly recommended Elliot to me. Really hit the jackpot on this one.

We previously worked with other licensed professionals but did not feel we were given the time of day, the Andersons was not only focusing on us and trying to work hard for us, but were good at market knowledge and negotiating etc - things were challenging with the seller in multiple different ways, not only tough negotiations, but appraisal problems, and logistical problems, all of which the Andersons knew how to deal with and solve and knew how to keep things together through thick and thin. Elliot And Danielle were able to connect with us on a personal level and made us feel we were their priority. Highly recommended, will be in good hands.
